The ideal candidate will have proven experience engaging with on-consumption channels, including restaurants and hospitality establishments, in addition to retail stores.
Responsibilities
Performance Management
Assist the Sales Manager by implementing a structured performance evaluation process, recognising achievements, whilst addressing areas for improvement.
Hold meetings with the food service and telesales team to review performance, communicate the sales manager’s objectives, and address any challenges.
Execution of Sales Strategy
Work together with the marketing team to synchronise promotional campaigns with telesales initiatives for optimal effectiveness.
