About the Role

Role Purpose

To drive sales growth by managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring excellent service within the FMCG environment. The Internal Sales Specialist will act as the key link between customers, the sales team, and operations, ensuring smooth order flow and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with existing and potential clients.
  • Process customer orders accurately and timeously.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
  • Provide product knowledge and advice to customers.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations.
  • Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with warehouse/dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track sales targets and report on performance weekly/monthly.
  • Support external sales representatives with customer requirements.
