Qualifications Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. Previous experience in internal sales, sales administration, or customer service. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication skills in English and Chinese (if applicable). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
