Reporting to: HR Manager

Location: Aeroton (willing to travel nationally)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Source and attract top talent through various channels
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Manage job offers and onboarding processes

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an internal recruiter or similar role
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• NEED to have a valid driver's license
