Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician

We are seeking a Board Eligible Geriatrics Physician with strong experience in post-acute care to provide comprehensive medical oversight for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) unit. Located on a major medical center campus, this role manages a complex geriatric population to ensure regulatory compliance and continuity of care during a provider vacancy.

• The Shift Structure: Part-time continuity model consisting of three 10-hour days per week (Facility preference: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday ).
• Shift Times: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM.
• Call Profile: Absolutely No Call. All overnight and weekend call tracking is fully managed by the hospitalist team.
