Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, delivering a professional and consultative recruitment service to the business.
• Develop and maintain open communication with the team and other key stakeholders.
• Assist and support Talent Acquisition events such as career fairs and university engagement activities.
• Assist in maintaining accurate data in the Talent Acquisition database and other HR-related reports.

HRBP

• Assist HR Business Partner(s) in supporting internal teams with people-related strategies and initiatives.
• Help coordinate and implement HR programs, including performance management, employee engagement, and training.
• Support the collection and analysis of HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
