Learn from CSMs on the daily tasks that they do for servicing clients and upsell/cross-selling to existing clients.

• Developing an in-depth understanding of the FX market microstructure and marketplace dynamics.
• Regular weekly and monthly write-up of SGX FX Asia write-up of client meetings, and new client details to field sales.
• Monthly sales and account management presentation materials preparation.
• Review & data-mining of current client trading volumes, trends, inactivity and opportunities for sales and revenue generation.
• Competitive analysis (spreads, volume, clients, product differences) across our competitors.
