The Role
As a Sales Intern, you will support the commercial team in managing the sales process for OE/OES customers, ensuring accurate order processing, shipment tracking, reporting, and customer support activities. This role offers exposure to customer relationship management, supply chain coordination, and commercial operations within the automotive industry.


What You'll Do (Impact Areas)

  • Generate monthly reports on battery shipments, deliveries, and collections for OE/OES customers.
  • Enter and manage customer orders through Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
  • Monitor and track battery shipments, OES branches, providing visibility and follow-up on delivery status.
  • Support the creation and management of Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN's) required by customers.
