Position Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates (taking-off) and budgets for fit-out works, furniture and equipment for each outlet that assigned.
• Draft, review, and prepare contracts Letter of Award (LOA) to contractors, nominated contractor and suppliers.
• Certify contractor payment (deposit, progress claim and retention) for projects assigned.
• Liaise with internal team (designer and fit out) if and discrepancy on the drawing and SVC.
