Job Description

Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating contracts and legal documents.

Track contract status and ensure timely updates and renewals.

Assist with maintaining company records, including board resolutions and corporate filings.

Manage legal documentation and filing systems.

Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations and prepare summaries and reports on legal findings.

Administrative support.

Assisting the department with day-to-day matters

Qualifikationen

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law is mandatory.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
