About the Role

  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of TPCP Assessments, including reviewing and acknowledging candidate Self-Assessments, following up on assessor and assessee availability, tracking result submissions from assessors, and updating the TPCP Assessment Dashboard on a weekly basis.
  • Perform filing, tracking, and organizing of assessment-related documents—both digital and physical—while ensuring proper documentation and systematic record storage.
  • Design and develop marketing content such as posters, infographics, social media visuals, and banners to support internal communication efforts. Create and edit engaging videos for awareness campaigns and TPCP-related promotions, ensuring alignment with branding and messaging objectives.
  • Assist in visual storytelling to enhance stakeholder engagement and support the documentation team by preparing impactful PowerPoint presentations and visual materials for meetings, reports, and internal sharing.
