Intern-Assembly Equipment

Assisting in daily tasks and supporting the equipment engineer with a focus on AI projects related to wirebond equipment. Responsibilities include developing AI models to analyze equipment data, observing and assisting with machine setup, conversion, and qualification activities, and helping to track equipment performance and reliability. Additionally, support preparation of management or internal review presentations.

• Willingness to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Strong team player capable of collaborating with engineers, technicians, and vendors.
