Responsibilities

• Gather insights from partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers, tackle problems to raise the bar.
• Support A/B testing for visibility and growth projects across multiple cities in Spain.
• Collect feedback from stores and translate it into product improvements.
• Maintain a good relationship between Glovo and our partners.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
