To complete the load booking and dispatching processes through all of the interchanges according to customer expectations to ensure their needs are met timeously.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
• Build carrier relationships. Communicate changes to the Logistics Coordinator teams, ensuring best carrier match to customer requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels.
• Make transport arrangements, track and fix transport errors, and ensure that the quality of all services provided are up to standard. Communicate tracing information (ETA and appointment) to the customer.
• Plan loadouts and allocate loads to specific transporters keeping vessels and stack dates in mind.
• Communicate to pack stores and Logistics Coordinators regarding loadouts throughout the day.
