About the Role
Our client is seeking an Intermediate Property Accountant to join their growing finance team and support the financial management of a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. This position will play a key role in the preparation of financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, tenant recoveries, and year-end audit support across multiple properties.
Working closely with Property Managers, Asset Managers, and other internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information while supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
