About the Role

Role Purpose

The Intermediate IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality technology professionals to support the company's growth objectives. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, technical skills, project demands, and hiring priorities. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical positions. Source candidates through various channels including: Linked In Recruiter Job portals (PNet, Career Junction, Indeed, etc.) Internal databases Referrals Networking events Social media platforms Direct headhunting Screen CVs and cond...
