Design Concept Development
- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements, project objectives, and budget guidelines.
- Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, material proposals, and design presentations.
- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.
- Present and explain design concepts, materials, and finishes to clients and stakeholders.
Technical Drawings & Documentation
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, technical drawings, and fabrication drawings for project implementation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, building requirements, and company quality standards.
- Maintain proper design documentation and drawing revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and costing information when required.
