Intermediate Accountant

Expected annual pay range: $50,000-$70,000

Location: 8330 Chester St., Vancouver, BC. Reports to Finance Manager and Director of Finance.

Job Overview: The Intermediate Accountant is responsible for preparing financial statements, account reconciliations/accruals and auditing functions in accordance with standard policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze periodic departmental income statements against budgets and review variances with department managers
• Assist with period, quarter, semi‑annual and annual closings and assist with departmental yearly budgets, coordinating with other departments
• Generate internal reports for departments and periodic reports for external parties
