Job Description
- Assisting team leader in his/her duties
- Concept proposal using SketchUp, 3D rendering or traditional drawing methods
- Design development
- Conceptualizing and preparing tender detailing
- Coordinating with the project team to actualize design intent and concept
- Managing the work of junior staff/direct reports
- Motivating the team
- A strong passion for architecture, interior architecture and interior design
- Good knowledge in selection of colours and materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit and PowerPoint
- Relish working in a challenging and fast‑paced environment
