Position Overview

At The Peoples Church, our desire is to grow the body of Christ for God’s global mission. We want our congregation to experience Christ, to embrace community and engage their world. It is to that end that the Youth Pastor is passionate about seeing youth develop their relationship with Jesus and be on mission with Him. This person will be responsible for the development and oversight of our Jr. Youth (Grade 6-8) and Sr. Youth (Grade 9-12) ministries. Under the leadership of the Congregational Life Pastor and supported by a team of volunteers and lay leaders, the Youth Pastor will develop and oversee ministry to middle school and high school students, reaching out, teaching, discipling this transitional generation of youth.
