6 Month Contract With A Local Authority

To lead the delivery of the Council’s commercial property agenda, with a particular focus on a significant asset disposals programme and the strategic management of a mixed-use commercial portfolio. The role is responsible for maximising asset value, generating capital receipts and income, supporting regeneration objectives, and providing expert property advice to senior stakeholders. As a key member of the Property team, the postholder will help shape and deliver the Council’s commercial strategy while balancing financial, social, and sustainability outcomes.
