Avon Search & Selection is looking for an Interim Home Manager for a luxury retirement home in Fareham. This full-time position on a 4-month fixed-term contract starts immediately and requires a hands-on leader to ensure high-quality care and operational stability as the home transitions to a new permanent manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elderly care management, compliance with CQC standards, and a passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care.
