Interface Manager- Detailed Engineering (Offshore)

Key Competencies

Health Safety & Environment HSE. Demonstrates strong commitment to Worley HSE requirements and promotes safe interface management practices across offshore detailed engineering activities. Ensures interface risks related to offshore execution, construction, marine operations, and brownfield tie-ins are identified and mitigated through the design phase. Participates in HAZID, HAZOP, SIMOPS, Constructability, Operability and Maintainability (COM) workshops focusing on interface hazards and mitigations. Supports Safety by Design by ensuring interface requirements are clearly defined and incorporated into engineering deliverables.

Interface Leadership & Coordination

Provides leadership for interface management across offshore detailed engineering scope. Establishes and maintains the Interface Management Plan, procedures and tools in line with project requirements. Coordinates interfaces between Engineering disciplines, EPC, EPCM Contractors, ...
