Intercompany Accountant

Hire Resolve's client, a well established international logistics company, is searching for a professional Intercompany Accountant to join their team in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.

Responsibilities

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.


• Develop improved payables processes and implement them with approval from the next level manager.


• Post invoices as needed within company guidelines.


• Reconcile work processed by operations departments.


• Verify entries and compare system reports to statements.


• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.


• Maintain historical records by accurate filing of documents and maintaining this system.


• Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable with foreign entities.
