Intelligence Analyst

Embedded within a high-profile global technology firm, the Analyst provides first-line support for employee travel and events through real-time monitoring, traveler assistance, horizon scanning, and technical intelligence support. The role focuses on rapid triage, escalation, and clear communication during developing situations. This role will be part of a global team providing 24/7 coverage to the client under a follow-the-sun model. It will be a requirement to work on holidays and weekends as determined by the team coverage schedule.
Responsibilities: Monitor travel-related developments impacting employees, including executives. Provide first-line traveller assistance and support issue resolution.
