About the Role

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
   Draft and prosecute US patent applications.  
   Manage patent and trademark portfolios.  
   Management of outside counsel working on IP-related matters.  
   Supporting/lead role in the development of patentability, validity, infringement, freedom-to-practice opinions and patent searching.  
   Frequent interaction with the R&D and product development teams.  
   Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.
