As IPT Lead within the Service Engineering Blades and Vanes organization, you will play a key role in supporting the development and qualification of refurbished turbine blades, vanes, and ring segments. Your day will include developing and qualifying repaired components, collaborating with design engineering on Design for Repair (DfR) initiatives, and driving innovation across global Siemens Energy and vendor repair shops. You will lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers responsible for the performance, cost, serviceability, and manufacturability of refurbished turbine blades and vanes. You will work closely with stakeholders and interface partners in engineering, manufacturing, new product, procurement and frame program management to ensure that all targets of the turbine refurbishment project are successfully achieved.
