Insurance Sales Support Representative (ZR-668)

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable managing leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, email, and messaging
Qualifies leads and live-transfers them or books a meeting.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM (ReadyMode preferred)
Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups for conversions
Collaborate with team via Slack for updates and coordination
Track performance and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills (clear/neutral accent preferred)
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles
Hands-on experience with ReadyMode CRM (required)
Comfortable using Slack for communication
