Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM


Job Summary

The Insurance Clerk performs clerical and administrative tasks related to patient billing, insurance claims processing, and account verification to ensure timely reimbursement and accurate financial records.



Responsibilities


  • Process billing for inpatient and outpatient services

  • Verify patient account information and reconcile discrepancies

  • Submit claims to insurance carriers and process adjustments

  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims

  • Communicate with insurance providers and patients

  • Maintain documentation and account records

  • Process late charges and rebilling when required
