  • Primary responsibilities: Handling outbound calls to address queries and issues for retention purposes.
  • Working Hours: CBD Area/Standard Office Hours (Monday – Friday).
  • Compensation: Salary up to $4,000 + commission.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of call center customer service experience. Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
  • Contract Length: 1 year (highly renewable/converting).
