The primary purpose of this position is: Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of training concepts, programs, and procedures to meet instructional requirements in occupational specialties or fields. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and design instruction based on program/client requirements. Develops, reviews, and revises instructional materials in accordance with established learning, objectives. Serves as the functional point of contact for budget/financial issues. Provides advise, assistance, and guidance on budgeting and related information and conducts analyses, reviews and special studies of budget and or related information.
