About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop assigned institutional accounts.
- Generate sales leads, conduct client visits, and present company products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations for institutional clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines.
- Coordinate with Sales Administration, Logistics, and Production for order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer orders, deliveries, and payment status.
- Address customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
- Conduct market and competitor monitoring within assigned territories or accounts.
