About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop assigned institutional accounts.
  • Generate sales leads, conduct client visits, and present company products and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations for institutional clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Sales Administration, Logistics, and Production for order fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer orders, deliveries, and payment status.
  • Address customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
  • Conduct market and competitor monitoring within assigned territories or accounts.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
  • Support trade events, food expos, tastings, and client meetings.
