Become a crucial member of Olymbec’s Fire Safety team as an Inspection and Maintenance Technician. Focus on ensuring the safety of our buildings through effective inspections and emergency response. In this role, you will report to the Fire Safety Director and be responsible for the continuous inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection equipment. You'll assist third-party companies and manage permits while overseeing compliance with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for fire safety inspections
• Support third-party ITM and equipment inspections
• Manage hot work and impairment permits
• Conduct tests on fire alarms and sprinkler systems
• Perform additional tasks as required
