Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and driven Inside Sales Specialist to support our business growth through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building opportunities through proactive outreach, and is motivated by KPI achievement and commission earnings. Prior sales experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is advantageous, but not required .

Candidates with 1 year or less of experience are welcome to apply , provided they demonstrate a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
