Inside Sales Representative

Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Be the primary contact between customer and company Primary Objective: Satisfy the needs of the customer and the company.Main Responsabilities: Sales Order processing, Sales Order confirmation for customers, Process NPI Orders, Process RMA's Address requests from customers (pull in's, push out's, expedites, cancellations, etc), Provide feedback to our customers in regards to the status of their orders (shipment status, tracking #'s, etc) Forecast maintenance Coordinate with planning and buyers to make changes in Sales Orders, Support Finance department in regards to information showed in the Invoices, improve monthly sales Responsible of maintaining OTD & OTR reportsExperiência y requisitosExperience: - Bachelor Degree Concluded- Minimum 3 years in a customer service, inside sales or sales support role.Experience in a preferred manufacturing environment.English required written & spoken in a advanced level.
