About the Role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new business opportunity subscriptions with hotel owners and operators

  • Manage, retain, and develop client relationships growing data, CoStar product engagement and subscription value

  • Negotiate and renew client contracts

  • Product demos to on-board and educate existing and new clients of STR’s products

  • Accurately track all activities and client in formation in CoStar’s CRM.

  • Meet or exceed sales and activity targets.

  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or equivalent experience

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telephone sales, business development or a similar customer‑facing role

  • Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility remotely

  • A consultative selling mindset with a genuine interest in helping customers solve business challenges
