Innovation Engineer

Job Description: Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end components and back-end services using modern best practices. AI-Driven Development: Actively use GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio to accelerate coding, generate unit tests, and refactor code. System Integration: Create custom Copilot plugins and integrate AI agents with company data sources via Microsoft Graph and API connectors. Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and refine prompts to improve the quality, accuracy, and safety of Copilot outputs. Collaboration & Support: Work with senior engineers to implement features, troubleshoot AI-driven application behaviour, and document processes. Required Skills & Experience Junior Experience: 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, or equivalent experience in an intensive apprenticeship/startup environment.
