Key Responsibilities

• Monitor emerging trends in insurance, financial services, artificial intelligence, customer experience, and new business models; assess their potential impact on iA’s operations and identify the most promising innovation opportunities.
• Identify, define, and structure high‑potential innovation initiatives; design and support proof of concepts (POCs), proof of values (POVs), and pilot projects; evaluate their business value, feasibility, and scalability.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leaders and teams, co‑facilitate ideation, design thinking, and problem‑discovery workshops; support business units in developing business cases and innovation roadmaps; facilitate the adoption of innovative solutions.
