About the Role

Job Description

- Prepare materials and other requirements for injection molding operations according to the production plan.
- Operate and control injection molding machines.
- Set up and adjust molding parameters such as temperature, pressure, and injection speed according to mold and material requirements.
- Analyze molding defects and process issues, and implement corrective actions and improvements.
- Record and maintain molding conditions, production data, and troubleshooting reports.
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with 5S principles.
- Prepare and manage documentation in compliance with ISO requirements.
- Follow company quality policies and departmental objectives.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
