Injection Moulding - Production Operator

Role: The Production Operator takes product from the injection moulding machines that are transported via conveyors and onto tables. The product is checked for quality and where required has either assembly activities or completed as a finished article. The products are then packed into appropriate bags and / or boxes that are individually labelled and placed onto wooden pallets. The products are then booked onto the SAP system and moved to either working progress stores or finished goods stores. (Production data is found on Production Information sheets PIS).

• Ensure production outputs are achieved on time and in full
• Ensure quality standards are achieved at all times
• Ensure product once inspected is placed into bags and / or boxes with relevant labels
• Ensure all relevant data is captured / collected and entered onto appropriate systems
