Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Reporting to the Technical Operations Centre (TOC) Operations Manager, you will play a key role in monitoring and supporting the global Access Hosted estate, running mission‑critical SaaS platforms for our internal and external customers as part of our 24/7 Global Operations Centre based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Your responsibility is to ensure that our services remain available, secure and cost‑effective while performing to design.

• Monitoring and Intervention: provide 24/7 monitoring and intervention to maintain 99.999% availability across the public cloud estate globally.
