Infrastructure Engineer Specialist II

You will work with the business and Front‑Line IT on management, changes, incidents, or requests for production critical handheld scanners that will be managed by SOTI MobiControl. You will work with specialists on changes, incidents, or requests that may influence the service delivery of MS365, SAP, Oracle, business‑critical applications and ERP’s. You will report directly to the Manager, IT Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the business and Front‑Line IT on management, changes, incidents, or requests for production critical handheld scanners that will be managed by SOTI MobiControl.
• Work closely with specialists on changes, incidents, or requests that may influence the service delivery of MS365, SAP, Oracle, business‑critical applications and ERP’s.
• Responsible for resolving Azure‑related incidents while communicating through the appropriate channels.
