Information Technology Support Specialist

Provides frontline technical support to end-users and ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations in the Taguig office.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware and software support to end-users
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and systems
• Manage user accounts, access requests, and basic security controls
• Escalate complex issues to the Infrastructure & Operations Lead
• Assist in asset inventory and documentation updates
• Support onboarding/offboarding of employees
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
