We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Provide onsite end‑user IT support.
- Manage end‑user PC and workstation iMac activities (install, move, add and change).
- Repair PCs and troubleshoot desktop issues, including break/fix and virus‑related incidents.
- Troubleshoot operating system issues in Windows 10 and Windows 7.
- Support end‑user productivity software, including Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Work with hardware and other IT vendors.
- Provide hands‑and‑feet support for data centre requests.
- Partner with onsite and remote IT support teams to resolve issues across the IT portfolio.
