About the Role
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
Bachelor's Degree from a university in Infant or Early Childhood Development/Education or Child Care, or the paediatric equivalent, such as Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Psychology. At least two years professional experience in a related community-based setting involving infant and family services. Valid Class 5 vehicle license required.
Skills And Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including the ability to lead the multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to deal with others effectively including other members of the multi-disciplinary team and community resources.
- Ability to act as a team model for staff.
