Job Description

  • Manage and advise on employee and industrial relations matters across the business
  • Guide managers through misconduct, incapacity, poor performance, and grievance processes
  • Ensure disciplinary and grievance procedures are fair, compliant, and consistently applied
  • Support CCMA cases and external labour processes
  • Provide advice on labour legislation, company policies, and best practice
  • Identify trends and proactively reduce employee relations risk
  • Support the development and rollout of IR policies, frameworks, and training
  • Will be reporting to HR Manager

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in an Industrial Relations or Employee Relations role
  • Solid working knowledge of South African labour legislation
