About the Role

Job Summary:

Execute IR & Administration activities at the project site. Responsible for back-to-back time office functions, implementing legal and statutory compliance processes, delivering welfare & CSR programs, managing records, vendor management (manpower & security supplying agencies etc.), supporting infrastructure readiness including conveyance, guesthouse, bachelor accommodation, and ensuring digital accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Execution: Implement processes to maintain adherence to applicable labor laws; manage documentation, renewals, returns, and timely filings.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Support liaison with authorities, contractors, and local bodies; assist in resolving notices and grievances.
