The Opportunity Orbitworks is a sovereign aerospace and advanced technology company in the UAE. We build and test real satellite systems — and our interns work on projects that matter from day one. This is not a shadowing programme. You will own a defined project, work alongside experienced engineers and business professionals, and present outcomes to leadership. 
What You’ll Do Conduct a comprehensive Value Stream Map (VSM) of the production floor operations, capturing process flows, cycle times, waste identification, and improvement opportunities across the AIT and manufacturing sequence. 
What You’ll Deliver Detailed Value Stream Map of the full production floor 
Waste identification and cycle‑time analysis report 
Improvement opportunity recommendations 
Final presentation of findings to operations leadership 
What You’ll Learn Lean manufacturing principles and VSM methodology
