About the Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the installation of high-speed industrial doors at some of South Africa's largest manufacturing and processing facilities
- Program and configure high-speed door software and control systems
- Perform light lifting and general installation duties during projects
- Fabricate and assemble components used in automatic door systems, including basic welding, cutting, drilling, and bolting
- Work safely at heights using scaffolding and access equipment to seal factory roof and building openings
- Conduct inspections to ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
- Receive training to qualify as a Pest Control Officer and assist with pest management activities following factory sealing projects
- Identify and remove pest risks, including insects, rodents, and birds, within industrial environments
