Position Overview and Work Schedule

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role carries responsibility for maintaining the overall functionality, safety, and efficiency of sheet metal/fabrication manufacturing facilities, including building systems, equipment, and safety compliance. This role is primarily based in Brockton, MA at the company’s headquarters building, with occasional travel to our other facilities in Taunton, MA and Nashua NH. The standard schedule is for First Shift – 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend or off-hours work as needed to support production schedules, projects, or rare emergency situations. Availability and willingness to pick up overtime as needed is required.
